Transformation Tuesday

It’s no secret that I’ve developed some healthier habits in the past couple of years…
💪workouts regularly
🍎healthier eating (definitely still enjoy my share of ice cream and pizza!)
🍰A superfood shake everyday that actually tastes like a dessert
👭Having the group support and accountability to maintain these healthier habits!

I’ve known that I’ve felt better. I’ve known that I’ve lost and maintained a good weight. I knew about the gained confidence, feeling stronger, and the new found motivation to be the best version of me. But did I see it?!

Not until I really compared! 🤦‍♀️

Not to mention that I’m 8 months pregnant in the 35 year old picture!😳

Maybe I’ve found the fountain of youth in this drink?! I love knowing that I’ve improved my body from the inside out!
